By accessing or using VibeScanner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

VibeScanner is a security scanning service that:

• Analyzes websites and code repositories for security vulnerabilities
• Provides security grades and vulnerability reports
• Offers AI-powered fix suggestions
• Generates remediation guidance

The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that our scans will identify all vulnerabilities.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Scan websites or repositories you do not own or have explicit permission to scan
• Use the Service to attack, harm, or exploit vulnerabilities in third-party systems
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse free tier services
• Resell or redistribute scan results without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service beyond normal use
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• One-shot scans are charged at the time of purchase
• All prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

• VibeScanner and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us
• You retain all rights to your code and repositories
• Scan results and reports generated by the Service may be used freely by you
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will identify all security vulnerabilities
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Service
• We are not responsible for security incidents in your systems
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VibeScanner and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
