REFUND POLICY

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with VibeScanner. This policy outlines our refund terms for subscriptions and one-time purchases.

One-Shot Scan Purchases (€8)

  • Before scan completes: Full refund available if you request cancellation before the scan finishes
  • After scan completes: No refund, as the service has been delivered
  • Technical issues: Full refund if the scan fails due to our technical error
  • Duplicate purchases: Full refund for accidental duplicate payments

Monthly Subscriptions (Solo, Team, Agency)

  • First 7 days: Full refund if requested within 7 days of your first subscription payment
  • After 7 days: No refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel to prevent future charges
  • Cancellation: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle (no prorated refunds)

When We Grant Refunds

We will consider refunds in these situations:

  • Service outages lasting more than 24 hours during your billing period
  • Critical bugs that prevent you from using core features
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Within 7 days of first subscription for new subscribers

When We Do NOT Grant Refunds

  • Scans completed successfully (even if no vulnerabilities were found)
  • Change of mind after using the service
  • Inability to scan websites you don't own or have permission to scan
  • Features that work as documented but don't meet your expectations
  • Third-party service issues (GitHub API downtime, etc.)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and order/subscription ID
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
